BOOKING INFORMATION:

Thanks for choosing Sandy Paws for your next pet booking! We’re so glad you did! Here’s how we operate:

Step #1: Shoot us a message via email (sandypawschs@gmail.com) or through the submission form below. Please be sure to include all of your pet’s needs. We would love for you to include as much information as possible including: travel dates, specific service requests, pet Information, location, and anything else that would benefit us! If you are already a Sandy Paws client enrolled in our online portal system, Pet Pocketbook, please submit all booking requests there.

Step #2: Once the email/request has been submitted, a member of the team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours, notifying you that the request has been received and that we are checking our staff’s availability.

Step #3: If your request has been accepted, you will be notified via email and connected with your assigned Sandy Paws employee for a complimentary meet and greet.

Step #4: Woohoo! You have booked with us, and your pup is ready to have the best time with Sandy Paws! We are now going to set you up for success with our online platform - Pet Pocketbook. Pet Pocketbook will be your new favorite spot for all current and future bookings, pet and personal information, and invoices.

Step #5: During the service, you will receive real-time updates via Pet PocketBook including photos, potty break updates, and how your pet is doing!
