Paw-licies
Additional Fees:
- Extra pets: Each additional pet adds half the service price.
- Distance: Visits in our Secondary Area add $5 per visit, and our Additional Area adds $10 per visit.
- Weekends: Weekend visits add $5.
- We offer a pickup and drop off service for boarding and overnight stays for an additional $15.
Holiday & Off-Hours Pricing:
- Holidays and holiday weekends: Boarding and house stays add $15 per day, up to 5 days. Walks, drop-ins, and Pet Taxi add $15 per booking.
- Off-hours (6-8 am and 9-11 pm): Walks, drop-ins, and Pet Taxi add $10.
Booking:
- Need something last minute? We get it. Life gets hectic! We now offer same-day walk and drop-in bookings when our schedule allows. If we're able to accommodate your request, a $10 last-minute booking fee will be added.
Cancellations:
- Walks and drop-ins: Cancel more than 12 hours in advance and you owe nothing. Cancel within 12 hours, and we invoice a $10 fee. Cancel within the booking window, and you owe the full fee.
- Overnight stays: Cancel less than 72 hours before the stay and we invoice up to 3 days of fees.
